Stephanie Fincke is dedicated to being a community leader and advocate for youth safety. With over 15 years in the nonprofit sector, Stephanie’s journey with Earn-A-Bike began with a desire to help promote helmet safety to youth throughout the San Antonio area. Stephanie is the president and co-founder of Ian’s Foundation, a local non-profit organization that was created in memory of her son Ian who passed away at the age of 16 from a traumatic brain injury as the result of a skateboarding accident. Her dedication to helping prevent another family from having to endure the loss of a child has been her motivation. With her leadership, over 8,500 helmets have been donated to underprivileged youth in San Antonio and over $77,000 in scholarships have been awarded. Her focus continues to be on educating families about the importance of helmet safety and helping make a difference, one child at a time. Stephanie’s passion for promoting safe and bike-friendly environments stems from her own experiences. She knows firsthand the impact that dedicated nonprofits can have, and she’s committed to ensuring Earn-A-Bike reaches even more families in need. When she’s not advocating for bicycle safety you can find Stephanie enjoying time with her husband and 4 children, traveling, and creating unforgettable memories together.
